At BRO Property Services, we take pride in transforming challenging terrains into accessible, functional spaces, as demonstrated by our recent project: the expertly crafted hillside staircase in Bemidji, MN. Tackling the natural slope required precise engineering and durable materials. We brought visual appeal and practicality together post- ‘storm of the century’ and offered what we hope to be a long-term set of stairs for owners to enjoy.

A priority of ours is a focus on top notch communication. Just over one year ago, our community was hit with great destruction which gave us the opportunity to talk to many new people and meet other businesses in the area, increasing our capacity in communication. Many of us found that out of town companies didn’t have Bemidji’s best in mind— so we had to make an extra effort to make sure our customers knew what a fair price was for their property work. In all transparency, the work we were called to do not only allowed us to expand into skid-steer services, but also gave us an opportunity to help those in need— which is a part of the vision for our company. Between prolonged power outages and closed off driveways, our community was shocked with the damage that occurred. Thank you to everyone who trusted a small local business like ours, over the out of town companies trying to take advantage of the needs in our area. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you! 💙
